BSMV was founded in 2020 by Patrick Gerner (aka Paddy Besser). It all started as a consultancy for artists and music-labels.
It became quickly an own distribution-soloution that generated more than 500 Million digital streams since then.

Our basis is a personal approach. Our goal: Artists should get the biggest share out of their music at the end of the chain.
After years as a one-man-company Paddy was able to employ people in 2022.

André Jenaro
André Jenaro (aka damaa.beats) was the first part-time employee and supported Paddy in all parts of business. As he's an artist himself he knew the industry and the artist perserpective pretty well. He quickly became an essential part of the BSMV and is driven by his own creativity and love for music.
Joel (aka Joeii) is a long-term friend of Paddy. They even started their career together on stage. After long years of friendship, a lot of live gigs and succesfull psychology studys he joined the BSMV as an AnR and Key-Account Manager.

Johanna Kaatz
Johanna Kaatz (aka j_tothek) is a free-journalist, producer and host for panels and talks. She works in PR for the BSMV and contributes as a Social Media Manager at Besser-Samstag. She was the first mini-job employe at the BSMV and was adding hours in 2022.
